Small businesses make up 99% of the U.S. economy. Ironically, these institutions are the most underserved when it comes to the comprehensive marketing expertise needed to maintain their relevancy, vitality, and growth trajectory in the modern age. In 2011, we set out to lead the change. 

Since inception, we've helped 450 clients solve their marketing challenges, achieve their business growth objectives, and add over $1B in combined new revenues. The company has invested $5.2M in profits and charitable work to support 100+ organizations, families, and individuals in need throughout the Capital and Adirondack Regions of New York. The team has also co-created three 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to support children, education, and sustainability, as well as 12 major events to benefit the small business community - all of which are still going strong today.

In 2024, we're strictly focused on partnerships with savvy business leaders who are committed to greatness in everything they do and value our proactive role in ensuring their success.

With over 23 years of first-hand marketing experience, it's well documented how his ideas and processes have transformed businesses and lives. He has a rare gift to bring out the best in everyone he meets and just about everything he touches. When not serving others, George enjoys writing music, golfing, and fun adventures with his wife (Kate), three children (Annie, Lucy & Grant), and the family dog (Gus).
